The plain terms on which we sell and you buy. Nothing here is a trick; where it matters, we would rather over-explain.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before charging if one affects your order.
The sixty-night return
Every product and ritual carries a sixty-night return, once per household, as set out on the returns page. Those terms form part of these.
Using our formulas well
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and nothing we sell treats a medical condition. Patch-test if your skin is reactive, follow the order of application, and stop if something does not agree with you.
