We ask for what an order needs and no more. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, email and the details needed to take payment. If you subscribe, we keep your email and, if given, your phone number. We record basic, non-identifying analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, to answer you, to honour the sixty-night return, and—only with your consent—to send letters from the house. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the services that make an order happen (payment, shipping, email).
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. You can leave our letters at the foot of any one. Write to privacy@zaharia.example.
