How it works

1. Use the product properly for up to sixty nights. Skin care is slow; give it the time it needs.
2. If it is not right for you, write to us at care@zaharia.example with your order number.
3. We refund the full price to your original payment method, usually within five business days.
4. There is nothing to send back. Keep the jar, pass it on, or finish it—your choice.

The plain terms

• The sixty nights apply to every product and every ritual, once per household.
• It runs from the day your order is delivered.
• It covers the product not suiting you—not damage in transit, which we replace outright.
• Refunds are to the original payment method; we cannot refund to another card or account.

If something arrives damaged

Write to us within fourteen days with a photograph and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost, and you need not return the original.
